INDESCO offers a menu of energy services to industrial facility owners that can be provided on a turnkey or separate (unbundled) basis, as follows:
EE Project Concept
INDESCO identifies cost-effective energy savings opportunities that maximize the reduction of energy consumption and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions by integrating proven EE and RE technologies within one or more industrial plants
Investment Grade Audit (IGA)
INDESCO verifies the energy savings opportunities identified in the EE Project Concept based on actual site data, measurements and operations, and provides the final design, Savings and CAPEX estimate of ready-to-implement EE Projects
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
INDESCO selects and micro-manages subcontractors to ensure the performance and investment specifications in the IGA are met.
Savings Measurement & Verification (M&V) Plan
INDESCO provides a transparent methodology for calculating and measuring the actual savings realized by facility owners, through application of the globally-recognized International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP) found on EVO’s website at: https://evo-world.org/
Project-Based Financing
INDESCO is willing to provide 100% CAPEX financing on the ESPs it implements under a variety of structures that include Leases, Lease/Purchases, Shared Savings, Guaranteed Savings or other types.
Project Performance Guarantee
INDESCO is willing to guarantee the savings on any EE project it implements equal to the ESP’s Lease payments or the facility owner’s related debt service, lease payments or the internal rate of return on its corporate-funded assets.
All of the above services can also be bundled into an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) ‘Shared-Savings’ structure as depicted in the below diagram.

Under a Shared Savings structure, INDESCO ‘turnkey’ develops, implements and 100% funds the EE Project in exchange for a long-term share of actual savings realized by the facility owner.
